Using virtual reality to train more people how to save lives
At Dual Good Health, we believe we can improve life support training and engage more people in learning key life-saving procedures.
To do this, we have created 'Code Blue' - a VR life support training app. The app uses VR hardware in a combination with a physical CPR mannequin, so we can provide accurate feedback of chest compression depth and speed in a variety of scenarios.
With Code Blue, trainees can learn to perform life support in a more accurate and engaging way. These practical skills are best learned by doing - learners are immersed in the experience and training providers can be cost-efficient, due to the in-app training and assessment. Furthermore, learning in VR is a lot more time effective than an offline solution and we save substantial amount of training time.
